Tunepro AGM 2018

10am 1st June 2018, this year Tune Protect agm held at Bangsar South Nexus.

Truth be told the company's performance and share price so far not up to expectation. At most can consider as dividend stock but not yet a growth stock. EPS continue dropping but DPS still maintaining. They have yet to find a niche market that they can grow in. So far most profitable for them is from Travel insurance which make up about 20% revenue but contribute to 60% of profit. Worst is from motor insurance sector which make up 30-40% of revenue but not profitable.
Hope of revenue boaster this year come from their new partnership with Kuwait Wataniya Airways and Fomema. Also prospect of their new acquired p2p insurance tech can be a catalyst too if this concept well received here.

I think the thing you most concern about is what door gift for this year. It's a breakfast pack, rm20 secret recipe lunch voucher and 1 year 50k free PA insurance.

Nestle AGM 2018

Return of the Jedi. Climbing out from long time hibernation.

I have been thinking what other values this blog can add. One thing come to mind is to record the listed companies AGM events for my future references, i.e. date, door gift, sight, opinion, impression and etc.  --- arguably this can consider as best pastime activity for retirees for free food and free gift. For serious investor this is once a year opportunity to ask questions on the financial report, company prospect and etc. I'm also using this occasion to gauge the competency and sincerity of the management. So those who own public listed share in their portfolio why not utilize this opportunity to exercise your right? Understanding your shareholder's right at AGMs.

10am 26th April 2018, Nestle held their 34th AGM at KL Hilton
If Amazon is the king of stock in term of stock price in Nasdaq, then Nestle is their counterpart at Bursa. As of time of writing this is the share price for Nestle Malaysia.

The view inside the meeting room. One interesting story told by an uncle was he was lucky enough to acquire the Nestle's share during IPO but later sold at RM5 per share, now you calculate what is his 'opportunity missed' in price appreciation and dividend?

Nestle offer one of the more attractive door gift to shareholders, pic shown is for 2018. Their products are popularly consumed in our daily life like Maggie and Milo, beside shareholders also get a  chance to taste some of their newer products too.
