Food hunt at Klang 2.0

Missing from writing for quite a while due to heavy work load, make me wonder if the work make you kind of lost your personal life, then is it still worth continuing? Then come next question - human actually work to eat or eat to work? Puzzle like a dog chasing it tails, but good thing is I still haven't stop eating. As a warm up, when time is of the essense, I would like to bring you to Klang's Thong Yew Seafood Restaurant which has shifted from Taman Berkeley to Jalan Gelugor, like a cat I can smell fish, this restaurant is quite popular with their fish dishes i.e. Anson steam fish, Asam steam fish, 'ChaiPu' 菜莆 fish. I can vouch that their Salted egg pumpkin 金瓜 also worth a try. However you can avoid order their fusion dish e.g. salad xxx, save the environment and reserve that for people who don't appreciate chinese food.

Here is their address:
Lot 930-934, Jalan Gelugor, Klang. (Landmark is opposite Menara Acmar)
Operating hours: 830am-230pm and 530pm-10pm

Salted egg Pumpkin
'ChaiPu' Fish

Further down the same Gelugor road opposite Maybank, there sit a corner house that being converted to a BKT hub is one of my favorite BKT stall, the sauce is on the thick/rich side to my liking 浓 得 意 尤 未尽 combine with mushroom+yao char kuay+vege, it is mouthwatering, they used to operate near roadside next to open smelly drain along the same road, but truth be told I felt it tasted better then than now (that's why their rating down from my most favorite to one of my favorite, but don't get me wrong they are still top 5 BKT my tounge has tasted), what is the difference you ask me? Somehow lacking some of those strong taste like old days (missing the aroma drain?) or maybe due to heavy reliance on foreign workers. Of course those are just my own reasoning no scientific relevance or whatsoever.
perfect combination, drooling yet ?

After sumptuous dinner at Klang, you should do some walking, i-city can offer you just that. On the way back from Klang to KL, at your left on Federal Highway's Batu Tiga toll, it's hard for you not to notice those eye-catching LED lights from i-city which situated at border of Klang and Shah Alam, the colorful scene offer wonderful photo taking opportunities for the photo bug, if this is not already common sense, here advice for people who plan to visit anything that emit light you should do it after evening or sunset, whichever come first.
